Marine inspector observed minor seepage through aft bulkhead by fresh water tank. Operator to conduct permanent repairs to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector, to include crop-out, fit-up, back gouge, and final weld inspection, prior to credit dry-dock. 46 CFR 137.330(b)
