As stated by ship's Chief Engineer and 2nd Engineer, ship is burning oil residue (non-liquid) via ship's incinerator, however the ship's IOPP does not state that the incinerator can be used for such disposal. Prior to return to US upon sailing foreign, have attending Class Surveyor review ship's oil residue procedures and ensure they reflect the IOPP and Management Plan.
