PSCO observed 3 cut wires, 1 cut wire at terminal location 1/1:3, and 1 cut ground wire, for a total of 5 inside electrical control box of the Oil Content Meter. MARPOL Annex I/6.4.2

External high pressure fuel delivery lines between the high-pressure fuel pumps and fuel injectors shall be protected with a jacketed piping system capable of containing fuel from a high pressure line failure. The braided jacket over the fuel line was insulated improperly, exposing a high pressue fuel line.
