Vessel is operating on an unapproved Period Safety Test Procedure (PSTP), there is a statement of understanding from class. Coast Guard Inspectors observed several issued with the submitted PSTP and crew noted these observation and will make edits. This deficiency will remain open until class approves PSTP that the vessel submitted on 01SEPT2024.
