The installation of all systems of a marine engineering nature, together with the details of design, construction, and installation, shall be in accordance with the requirements of Subchapter F... The material, design, construction, workmanship, and arrangement of main propulsion machinery and of each auxiliary, directly connected to the engine and supplied as such, must be at least equivalent to the standards established by the ABS Marine Vessel Rules. Vessel reported that it lost RPMs on the Port Engine resulting in a reduction of propulsion. Vessel is authorized a one-time transit, with two assist tugs, from Anchorage 23 to Valero, BNC 4 Pier. Conduct repairs to the satisfaction of the Marine Inspector and ABS. Provide MI's with a satisfactory technician report. 46 CFR 96.03-1(a) 46 CFR 58.05-1(a)

Provide proof that the two watertight doors in the Intercon space meet A-0 standards, FTP Code and are approved by ABS and USCG. The "as built" plans show the doors to be from CEN-TEX Marine. However, the current doors are not CEN-TEX doors and per the manufactures review. All watertight doors on the vessel are now in question, as the doors do not meet as built plans. SOLAS II-2 Reg 9 4.2.1
