Fire Safety [name withheld] states the system shall be designed to ensure that if the oxygen content exceeds 5% by volume, the inert gas shall be automatically vented to the atmosphere. PSCO during the testing of the inert gas system observed valve not automatically venting to atmosphere when above 5% volume.
