Tank barges inspected under 46 CFR Subchapter D that are authorized to carry Grade C and higher cargoes and 46 CFR Subchapter O, 151 cargoes shall be fitted with a pressure-vacuum (PV) relief device that meets the requirements of 46 CFR 162.017. The installed PV is not marked with the Coast Guard approval number as required. The PV does have a CG Approval Certificate associated with it. CG approval cert was obtained but PV is still not marked. Extended 835 to next drydock to get PV marked.
