EACH LIFERAFT OR GROUP OF LIFERAFTS SHALL BE STOWED WITH A FLOAT-FREE ARRANGEMENT COMPLYING WIHT THE REQUIREMENTS OF PARAGRAPH 4.1.6 OF THE CODE SO THAT EACH FLOATS FREE AND, IF INFLATABLE, INFLATE AUTOMATICALLY WHEN THE SHIP SINKS. ALL LIFERAFTS HYDROSTATIC RELEASES WERE NOT ARRANGED AS PER THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTION, WHICH PREVENTS THE LIFERAFTS FROM AUTOMATICALLY FLOATING TO THE SURFACE WHEN THE SHIP SINKS. SOLAS 14 REG.13.4.2

Resolution: Received e-mail with scanned China Classification Society survey report #NJ17SS00076 from vessel stating no cracks were found on the scraping area Fr. 22 to Fr.23 portside was found slightly indented, the inner structure found in normal condition.
