If the owner cannot maintain the towing vessel to be in compliance with sub-chapter M at all times the Certificate of Inspection must be withdrawn.

Owner installed a non approved alteration to the original fuel system using a nonmetallic flexible hose that is not of suitable material for a sight glass gauge. New installation that are not replacement in kind must comply with the requirements in subpart C of this part. Remove unapproved rubber hose sight glass to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector.
