Port aft cargo pump relief valve was missing tag and paperwork showing proof of testing and calibration. Port aft IMO-style cargo pump shall not be used for cargo operations until proof of calibration and testing is provided.

Starboard cargo pump prime mover RPM, jacket water temperature, and oil pressure gauges were inoperable. Make repairs to the same.

During this inspection, an inset of 7-8 inches over approximately 3 feet at the deck gunnel with an approximate 1/2 inch fracture in the deck in the way of the #3 port wing tank was discovered. An epoxy temp repair was made to the 1/2 inch fracture on deck and a CG 835 was issued for 30 days to make permanent repairs sat to CG Marine Inspector.
