Special care shall be exercised in the design of packing spaces in order to secure ample depth and accessibility of glands. Where cargo pump shafts pierce gastight bulkheads, stuffing boxes with readily accessible gastight glands shall be provided. Deterioration identified in non-metalic seal between the cargo pump space and outside atmosphere (designated hazardous zone) of cargo pump #4. Conduct satisfactory repairs.

Provide proper operational procedures/manual for the Inert Gas System onboard the barge.
