The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same
inspection activity — normally a tug and the barges in its tow. Only barges and towing
vessels are in this archive, so any other vessel type in the same activity does not

Vessel hard-grounded just outside the Algiers locks at MM88.1. Prior to carriage of cargo, company is to have surveyor attend vessel and survey extent of damage. If no Damage is found then the deficiency will be cleared.
If damage is found, vessel is to be drydocked as soon as possible and permanent repairs are to be affected.Scantlings, material, and workmanship, subdivision of cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized classification society.
