Vessel may be deemed in compliance with structural standards so long as the vessel has been both in satisfactory service insofar as structural adequacy is concerned and does not cause the structure of the vessel to be questioned by either the OCMI, or TPO engaged to perform an audit or survey. Vessel was involved in an Collison and sustained damage to stern resulting in flooding to stern voids and inability to use steering rudders. Repair to the satisfaction of USCG or TPO prior to operations. Submit transit plan for approval of dead ship tow prior to movement. In accordance with CVC Policy Letter 17-10, the above deficiencies may be cleared by the operating company's TPO. TPO must submit a report to the cognizant OCMI within 72 hours of clearing the deficiencies.
Action required: 15 - Rectify deficiencies by next port
