Vessel lost propulsion on STBD engine while underway. Vessel is authorized a one time transit using their Port engine to [name withheld] Dock to effect repairs. Vessel is required to submit a TPO report to the USCG attesting to repairs prior to the clearing of this deficiency. 46 CFR 143.205 (c)(1)
