The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same
inspection activity — normally a tug and the barges in its tow. A recreational or
unclassed hull in the same activity is held and not published, so it does not appear

The officer in charge of marine inspections must approve any repairs to the hull of the vessel. Vessel has a 10" gash on the starboard side outer shell. Complete permanent repairs at the first opportunity but no later than 45 days to the satisfaction of the officer in charge of marine inspections.
