argo pumps shall be designed and installed to minimize the danger of sparking or leaking. The cargo pump drain valve is leaking cargo. Conduct a Temporary repair to allow vessel to discharge cargo. After discharge of cargo, complete permanent repair to cargo pump valve and test to the satisfaction of the attending CG Marine Inspector prior to loading cargo.

Resolution: The cargo pump was removed and a new valve installed. Cargo pump re-installed sat.
