Scantlings, material, and workmanship, subdivision of cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized classification society.
While MI's were attending the vessel for a rep check, MI's observed 02 set-ins on the STBD side. 01 set-in was located on the transition knuckle at the loaded water line. 01 set-in was located at the STBD corner wrap of the headlog.
Vessel shall enact permanent repairs prior to cargo operations. Repairs shall be made to the satisfaction of the OCMI.
