Port generator stinger failed and the wiring harness caused a small generator fire. The crew extinguished the fire, switched generators, and returned dock side at MM 480 OHR. Electrical systems and equipment must function properly and minimize system failures. Repair prior to departure to the satisfaction of the TPO.
