Vessel experienced loss of propulsion from the starboard main engine. Repair starboard main engine to the satisfaction of TPO.

Port side propulsion shaft reduction gear coupling bolts sheered. Repair/replace as required and conduct operational test prior to conducting operations. Vessel authorized to be towed from current location to CTC Georgetown facility in Georgetown, PA for repairs. Vessel shall: -Notify MSU Pittsburgh OCMI prior to departing current location and upon arrival at CTC Georgetown. -conduct regular rounds of the vessel -stage de-watering pump/s incase required -have plugging kit readily available onboard This deficiency shall be corrected to the satisfaction of the TPO. The vessel TPO shall notify the MSU Pittsburgh OCMI within 72 hours of clearing the deficiency in accordance with CG-CVC Policy Letter 17-10.
