Except as provided in paragraphs (b) and (c) of this section, a new vessels must comply with the standards established by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) as provided in the following table... The structural standard selected must be applied throughout the vessel including design, construction, installation, maintenance, alteration, and repair. While assisting a foreign bulk carrier the vessel collided with the stbd quarter and sustained major damage to the bridge and port side superstructure. Vessel shall remain at G and H dock located in the Inner Harbor Corpus Christi until a voyage plan is approved by [name withheld] received approved voyage plan and will allow one time transit according to approve plan dated 12AUG2026. Once vessel arrives at Neches, TX (Sterling Shipyard) the prior to movement will remain in effect.
