Fuel was observed leaking from hull during dry docking. Survey the hull, identify the source of leak, complete hull gauging and make repairs to the satisfaction of the marine inspector or TPO. Provide all tech/TPO reports to Sector New Orleans duty marine inspector prior to departure.
