Vessel experiences reduction in proulsion due to high oil temp alarm and overheating shaft coupling on port main engine. Vessel can transit with the bare into the port of Jacksonville with at least 3 assist tugs, relief tug and docking master. Vessel must take permanent repairs to the satisfaction of TSMS TPO and Coast Guard Marine Inspectors prior to departure.
