Years with a record 24 calendar years (1992–2025)
Every line above is a count of records the US Coast Guard wrote, or a date it recorded. A blank resolution means none was recorded in this data; it does not establish that a deficiency is outstanding. Years with a record are calendar years in which a record exists, not years in service. What Maury does not do.

Vessel history report
Every record for this hull, in one document — $299

Every recorded inspection, 1972 to 2026, in one chronology · every deficiency, with system, dates and resolution · operational controls imposed and removed · every name this hull has been recorded under · the vessels it was inspected alongside, and when · how its record compares with hulls of similar age and size, as a fact about the population and never a judgement about this vessel.

Read one first, in full: a forty-year chronology · a hull that changed operators four times · the sparse case, shown as an example, not for sale.

This report is in development and is not for sale yet. There is no date, and nothing is charged. Leave an email and we will tell you when it exists, once.

The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same inspection activity — normally a tug and the barges in its tow. A recreational or unclassed hull in the same activity is held and not published, so it does not appear here: these lists are a floor, not a complete manifest.

07 - Fire Safety › N/A - No Subsystem › Fire pumps and its pipes
Issued 14 November 2025 Resolved
The fire main system must be charged, and sufficient pressure must be verified at the most remote and highest outlets. Port side fire hydrant standpipe had significant pinhole leak once energized. Adequate pressure was still delivered through the fire hose. Current standpipe appears to have past repairs, therefore crop and renew of entire standpipe is necessary for full permanent repair.
Action required: 16 - Rectify deficiencies w/in 14 days
Due 28 November 2025
Resolved 24 November 2025
Resolution: Received objective evidence from operator that port side fire hydrant standpipe was completely replaced and does not leak when energized. Video shows entire hydrant connected with hose and energized.
07 - Fire Safety › N/A - No Subsystem › Fire pumps and its pipes
Issued 14 November 2025 Resolved
A fixed fire pump must be capable of delivering water simultaneously from the two highest hydrants, or from both branches of the fitting if the highest hydrant has a Siamese fitting, at a pitot-tube pressure of at least 344 kilopascals (kPa) (50 pounds per square inch (psi)), and a flow rate of at least 300 liters per minute (lpm) (80 gallons per minute (gpm)). Pressure from the fire pump appeared adequate, however, pressure gauge on the fire pump itself would not give an accurate reading. It would not go above 10 psi. Replace pressure gauge on fire pump.
Action required: 16 - Rectify deficiencies w/in 14 days
Due 28 November 2025
Resolved 24 November 2025
Resolution: Received objective evidence from operator that new pressure gauge was replaced on fire pump and is displaying adequate pressure while fire pump is running.
01 - Certificates & Documentation › 011 - Ships Certificates › Certificate of Inspection (COI)
Issued 14 October 2024 Resolved
A towing vessel subject to this subchapter and choosing the Coast Guard inspection option, or required to have the Coast Guard inspection option, must undergo an annual inspection within 3 months before or after the COI anniversary date. Vessel is overdue for her Annual Inspection as of 13OCT24. Vessel must obtain a valid COI prior to conducting towing operations.
Condition: Invalid
Action required: 705 - Other - as specified
Due 1 January 2025
Resolved 16 January 2025
Resolution: Issued COI
09 - Working and Living Conditions › 092 - Working Conditions › Electrical
Issued 4 October 2023 Resolved
Electrical systems and equipment must function properly and minimize system failures and fire and shock hazards. Vessels Shore power indicator light and Port Generator light covers on the switchboard were missing. Replace light covers in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
Action required: 50 - Rectify deficiencies w/in 30 days
Due 5 November 2023
Resolved 2 November 2023
Resolution: light cover replaced
09 - Working and Living Conditions › 092 - Working Conditions › Electrical
Issued 4 October 2023 Resolved
Electrical components that pose an electrical hazard must be in an enclosure. Electrical wire connections above the port engine was missing a cover on the junction box. Replace cover on junction box to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector.
Action required: 50 - Rectify deficiencies w/in 30 days
Due 5 November 2023
Resolved 2 November 2023
Resolution: cover has been replaced
13 - Propulsion and Auxiliary Machinery › N/A - No Subsystem › Gauges, thermometers, etc
Issued 4 October 2023 Resolved

Ownership record

The Coast Guard's documentation record for this hull -- the Abstract of Title, with its owners and liens as filed -- is not in PSIX. Ask, and Maury buys it from the National Vessel Documentation Center, files it here with its date, and every reader of this page gets it.
