Noted several areas where welds may have cracked. Could not positively determine if cracks were to coating or welds as the space was not "Safe for Entry".

Resolution: The deficiency was outstanding for over a year without the crew noticing any problems. As no interest has been expressed by the issuers of the deficiency, it is being cleared by looking inside the voids without entering the space.
