When minor alterations or minor repairs of tank vessels become necessary such work shall be under the direction of the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection, and shall be in accordance with the regulations in effect at the time the vessel was contracted for or built, or in accordance with the regulations in effect for new construction insofar as possible. Vsl was reported with damage received from Hurricane Ida Vsl shall provide damage survey and salvage plan report to the satisfaction of the CG prior to movements.
