Vessel has an approximate 3" crack, starboard side, amidships, at the chine and heavy corrosion and wastage under the bilge suction in the same void. Submit repair proposal to the attending CG Marine Inspector for approval prior to making repairs. Vessel is restricted to crew only, no passengers until repairs are complete. Carry portable dewatering hoses and adequate hoses and fuel while underway and make rounds of the space every 15 mins while underway. Repairs shall be made to the satisfaction of the attending CG Marine Inspector.
