BARGE HAS AN 9 INCH PUNCTURE IN GUNWALE OF #5 STBRD VOID AND A 24 INCH CRACK IN GUNWALE OF #4 STBRD VOID . VESSEL IS PERMITTED TO TRANSIT TO GULF COPPER CENTRAL IN PORT ARTHUR FOR REPAIRS.
