A carbon dioxide cylinder may be inclined not more than 30* from the vertical, unless fitted with flexible or bent siphon tubes, in which case they may be inclined not more than 80* from the vertical. Vessel has two cylinders installed with bent siphon tubes at an approximate 45* incline. The bottles are labeled in two locations, at the cylinder head and along the cylinder itself, as to which side needs to face up. It was found that the forward bottle is installed upside down (markings facing down). Ensure the system is installed as designed.
