Your vessel must undergo an annual inspection within the 3 months before or after each anniversary date. Vessel's COI anniversary date is 14JAN and vessel is unable to complete an annual inspection within the 3 months before or after the anniversary date due to cargo equipment being out of service during dry dock period. Due to the extensive length of the vessel's dry dock, owner requested an extension for this year's annual so barge can first be brought back to Greenville, MS and cargo equipment can be brought back online. Vessel must complete annual inspection to satisfaction of attending CG Marine Inspector prior to carriage of cargo. 46 CFR 31.10-17(a) 701 c

Make temp repair to an approx 12 x 1/4 inch crack to the #1 port void approx 50 ft aft of the bow approx 39 inches below the deck.

Make/provide repair plan to local OCMI and make available for exam of repairs prior to cargo operations.

Vessel sustained damage approx 50ft aft of the bow on port side as a result of a marine casualty. Vessel is directed to remain in an unloaded condition and proceed from LOCk and Dam 20 to Saint Louis, MO where it shall undergo a damage survey by Sector UMR. 46CFR91.30-1

01. Make permanent repairs to vessels port forward rake ivo bilge knuckle and port stern corner. Damage was sustained during an allision with the Hastings, MN railroad bridge protection cell. Repairs are to be completed to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector.

Properly repair hatch to #2 wing tank on stbd side of barge.

Proceed to Seneca, IL to offload present cargo (anhydrous ammonia). Prior to next loading, repair faulty middle pressure relief valve on starboard cargo tank. Do not load barge until permanent repairs have been completed to the satisfaction of the attending CG marine inspector.

Prior to loading, make proper repair to the set-in and fracture in #7port void. Once barge is gas freed, contact local OCMI to verify scope of repair.

Provide guards for all sight glasses

Provide Steel filter bowl shields for all Racor filters.

Clean all data specification plates on all pressure vessels and relief valves._x001C_ _x001C_ _x001C_

Repair sight glass valves on stbd keel cooler expansion tank.

REMOVE UNACCEPTABLE PLASTIC FUEL FILTERS ON MACHINERY INSTALLATIONS.

TEST EMERGENCY SHUTDOWNS FOR CARGO PUMPS, INCLUDING QUICK ACTING CARGO HEADER SHUTOFF VALVES PRIOR TO LOADING CARGO.

PERFORM OPERATIONAL TEST OF REFRIGERATION UNITS PRIOR TO DISCHARGING CARGO.

MAKE PERMANENT REPAIRS TO THE 24 INCH CRACK IN THE SIDE SHELL IN WAY OF NUMBER ONE PORT WING TANK APPROXIMATELY 12 FEET FORWARD OF THE PORT WING TANK HATCH.

MARK "VAPOR" OR "LIQUID" ON PIPING AS TO USE.

MAKE OPERABLE THE CARGO PUMPS REMOTE SHUTDOWNS.

PROVIDE RELIEF VALVE WITH HAND RELIEVING DEVICE AND SET AT MAWP TO MATCH THE AIR RECEIVER.

MAKE PERMANENT REPAIRS TO THE 24 INCH CRACK APPROXIMATELY 15 FEET FORWARD OF THE NUMBER ONE PORT WING TANK ON THE MAIN DECK.

MAKE PERMANENT REPAIRS TO THE 6 INCH CRACK IN THE PORT BOW CORNER.

MAKE PERMANENT REPAIRS TO THE 12 INCH CRACK ON THE STARBOARD BOW CORNER.

THE FOLLOWING DEFICIENCY PERTAINS TO THE VESSEL CF-103-L, DN503554.

TEST RELIEF VALVES ON REFRIGERATION UNIT, PRESSURE VESSELS AND AIR RECEIVERIN ACCORDANCE WITH 46 CFR 61.10-5(I).
