When minor alterations or minor repairs of tank vessels become necessary such work shall be under the direction of the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection, and shall be in accordance with the regulations in effect at the time the vessel was contracted for or built, or in accordance with the regulations in effect for new construction insofar as possible. Vessel is required to maintain structural integrity IAW approved plans. Vessel experienced a fire in the forward machinery space. Complete survey and repairs to the satisfaction of attending CG Marine Inspector.

Repair/Replace portside generator. Provide technician's report of satisfactory install and operation. Conduct satisfactory operation test in presence of USCG Marine Inspector. Prior to cargo ops.

Vessel is required to submit testing procduers for generator alarm and control testing

Vessel is required to submit complete generator switch board details that indcate components required for paralleling as wel as switch board bus work circuit breaker connections.

REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE ON THE #1 AIR RECEIVER.

SUBMIT A PHOTOCOPY OF THE CERTIFICATE OF DOCUMENTATION SHOWING THE CORRECT NAME. THE COI WILL BE AMENDED UPON RECEIPT.

REMOVE THE AUXILIARY AIR RECEIVER.

INSTALL RELIEF VALVES WITH HAND RELIEVING GEAR ON AIR RECEIVER #140690.

PROVIDE SERVICING FOR FIXED CO2 SYSTEM OR REMOVE SAME FROM BARGE PRIOR TO 15NOV83.

OPEN ALL AIR RECIEVERS FOR INTERNAL EXAM OR HYDRO TEST PRIOR TO 15NOV83.
