vessel had 24 inch life rings for 2 of three of it's ring buoys and an unservicable floating light line for the other. required vessel rep to provide appropriately sized ring buoys. the floating line was cleared prior to departure of CGMI.

relief valves painted over with potential to interfere with mechanism, and pressure gauges were missing from the tanks. relief valve upstream at the compressor was appropriatley sized, therefore i required them to replace the relief valves and provide approprate gauges within 7 days.

Fcc safety certificate, bridge to bridge certificate and COI all had the wrong call sign. required vessel rep to provide safety radio certs and bridge to bridge that matches the station liscence and ammended COI to reflect correct callsign upon return to office.
