Vessel reported air accumulation in the jacket water system on the starboard main engine due to high pressure in the charge air system. Engine rpm has to be reduced to avoid the issue.

During inspection of the aft steering compartment hatch and port side CO2 compartment watertight door the Marine Inspector identified potential gaps in the sealing surfaces. Crew conducted chalk test identifying areas that were not sealing.
