Vessel reported air accumulation in the jacket water system on the starboard main engine due to high pressure in the charge air system. While conducting pre-departure checks on the engines (blow downs), the port engine experienced cooling water spraying from the cylinder A1; unknown cause. Vessel will replace cylinder heads as necessary and test port engines prior to departure from port.

Resolution: Wartsila tech reps and vessel engineers replaced (02) cylinders on the port engine: A1 & B1. Satisfactory tests were conducted and no discrepancies were noted.
