Scantlings, material, and workmandship, subdivision of cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized classification society. Marine Inspector observed an inset approximately 6-feet in length along the stbd side gunwale forward of the collision bulkhead on the bow rake. Additionally, numerous deep insets were identified along the port side gunwale, including several which have caused a loss of radius of the gunwale. Repairs shall be made to the satisfaction of an attending Marine Inspector.
