No extensive repairs to the hull shall be made without notification of the local OCMI. Barge sustained severe damage to port stern void, compromising the #5 wing void bulkhead, framing in the stern void, and deck. Make satisfactory repairs to the attending Marine Inspector. 46 CFR 31.10-25

When major alterations or major repairs of tank vessels become necessary the work shall be done under the direction of the OCMI, and shall be in accordance with the regulations in effect for new construction insofar as possible. Barge has significant damage to bow void and No 1 void. Contact TBSIP Shepard at Sector NOLA to coordinate repairs. Vessel is cleared to transit from HICKMAN, KY to MEMPHIS, TN to offload cargo followed by one time transit to FMT SHIPYARD in HARVEY, LA to facilitate repairs. Permanent repairs required prior to next cargo. 46CFR30.01-10
