Propulsion machinery, including main engines must be maintained to ensure proper operation and be suitable for route and service. Vessel port engine shut down after start up. Possible oil contamination or injector failure. Vessel is to follow provided transit plan and proceed directly to Vessel Repair in Port Arthur, TX and immediately contact local OCMI upon arrival. Repair port main engine to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector or TPO.
Action required: 16 - Rectify deficiencies w/in 14 days
