There must be a source of electrical power sufficient for all essential systems including vessel control, including propulsion, steering, maneuverability and their vital auxiliaries. It was reported that the vessel lost its port generator resulting in a loss of steering for approx 2 minutes.
Vessel required to make repairs prior to cargo operations; to the satisfaction of the TPO/ABS.
