The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same
inspection activity — normally a tug and the barges in its tow. A recreational or
unclassed hull in the same activity is held and not published, so it does not appear

Vessel had a crack in the port bow and is allowed to enact temporary repairs to transit to Exxon Mobile and offload. Once empty the barge must proceed for cleaning and to enact permanent repairs prior to loading cargo. Repairs must be made to the satisfaction of the local OCMI.

Installed high level and overfill alarm box did not function properly. Each high level and overfill alarm worked when connected to the shipyard's portable alarm box. Tag out the onboard alarm box and only use functional systems during cargo operations.
