Issued 13 April 2026 Resolved
Scantlings, material, and workmanship, subdivision of cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized classification society. Vessel was involved in an allsion causing damage to port quarter and several stbd voids. Satisfactory temp repairs have been made. Vessel is authorized to make a one way transit to Jefferson, Beaumont, TX in accordance with their submitted and approved transit plan. Upon completion of discharge, proceed to repair facility to effect permanent repairs. Ensure concurrent clearance is sought with COTP zones you will be transiting. Once permanent repairs completed, this 835 may then be cleared by cognizant OCMI where repairs are made.
