When minor alterations and minor repairs of tank vessels become necessary such work shall be under the direction of the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspections. The vessel has numerous insets at the port/starboard deck knuckle/side shell plating and coinciding internal framing that is fractured/distorted. Provide repair proposal, crop/renew to good metal damaged areas to the satisfaction of an attending Marine Inspector.
