Vessel reported damage to their starboard rudder. Vessel authorized one way, light-boat transit to Ashton Shipyard in Harvey, LA for repair. During transit, crew must check the rudder space hourly to monitor for any changing conditions or water intrusion. Repairs must be approved by the cognizant OCMI once completed.
Action required: 15 - Rectify deficiencies by next port
