Vessel has had its starboard propeller fouled with debris and an unusual noise can be heard against the hull. Vessel shall remain at MM 323.3 on the Illinois Waterway, Ozinga Dock, Chicago, IL to await dive inspection team to assess any damages. Vessel shall provide Coast Guard with dive team's Dive Plan, technical reports and/or damage reports from the evolution prior to any other movements.
