The following additional deficiencies were discovered during the COI inspection:
•Floating electric water light contained the incorrect battery model type;
•Port searchlight found to be inoperable;
•MMSI number missing from installed VHF radio database;
•Potable water pump discharge hose torn & leaking water;
•Port generator switchboard power available light extinguished;
•Alarm set-point testing had not been completed for main engines, generators & hydraulic steering fluid levels
•No record of pressure relief valve being tested;
•Pilothouse access ladder grab rail sheered from base.
Correct the deficiencies listed above to regain compliance under subchapter M.
