Every line above is a count of records the US Coast Guard wrote, or a date it recorded.
A blank resolution means none was recorded in this data; it does not establish that a
deficiency is outstanding. Years with a record are calendar years in which a record
exists, not years in service. What Maury does
not do.

Vessel history report
Every record for this hull, in one document — $299
Every recorded inspection, 1972 to
2026, in one chronology · every deficiency, with system, dates
and resolution · operational controls imposed and removed · every name this
hull has been recorded under · the vessels it was inspected alongside, and when
· how its record compares with hulls of similar age and size, as a fact about the
population and never a judgement about this vessel.

The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same
inspection activity — normally a tug and the barges in its tow. Only barges and towing
vessels are in this archive, so any other vessel type in the same activity does not
appear here: these lists are a floor, not a complete manifest.
Barge suffered damage as a result of a collision in Port Arthur Texas. Extend of damage includes: starboard bow deck and gunwale were distorted 0” to 2” over a 7’0” x 2’0” area centered approximately 21’0” aft of the headlog.
The starboard vertical cargo trunk was intermittently distorted 0” to 6” from the forward corner extending aft 21’0”. The transverse vertical cargo trunk on the bow was distorted 0” to 3” from the starboard corner extending inboard 2’0”. The forward starboard corner of the vertical cargo trunk exhibited a small 1/2” fracture at the top of the cargo trunk.
Required barge to complete epoxy temporary repair before offloading, and completing permanent repairs.
