Vessel reported an oil leak from the reduction gear. Vessel is restricted from operations until cleared with TPO.

Resolution: The starboard upper fuel shutoff was repaired to original by inserting a bolt and nut in the actuator coupling and shutoff was demonstrated operable (open and close of valve from external position) to the satisfaction of the attending Surveyor.
