THE INSPECTION SHALL BE SUCH AS TO INSURE THAT THE ARRANGEMENTS, MATERIAL, AND SCANTLINGS OF THE STRUCTURE FULLY COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOR SUCH VESSEL AND ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS. PORT SIDE, AFT TIMBERHEAD SHEERED FROM ITS FOUNDATION. 2-4" HOLE EXISTS IN THE OUTER CORNER FROM THE BASE OF THE TIMBERHEAD FOUNDATION ON THE MAIN DECK, COMPROMISING WATERTIGHT INTEGRITY OF THE SPACE BELOW. VESSEL IS RESTRICTED FROM CARGO OPERATIONS. TRANSIT VESSEL TO NEAREST REPAIR FACILITY AT WEPFER MARINE. CUT-OUT EXISTING TIMBERHEAD FOUNDATION AND RENEW IN KIND. MARINE INSPECTORS SHALL WITNESS FIT-UP, FINAL REPAIR AND NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING PRIOR TO RESUMING NORMAL OPERATIONS.
