Scantlings, material, and workmanship shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of ABS or other recognized classification society. Barge incurred damage to the bow rake, #1 port void, and #1 stbd wing void. Make permanent repairs to all damage and associated internal structures. Repairs are to be to the satisfaction of an attending USCG Marine Inspector. Permanent repairs are to be completed after discharge of cargo and prior to future cargo operations.
