Electrical systems and equipment must function properly and minimize system failures and fire and shock hazards. Breaker box that services the vessels steering gear system has experienced an unknown issue causing it to trip every time the steering gear pumps are energized and turned to stbd. ISLA MARGARET shall be towed light ship to repair facility. Troubleshoot and repair issue prior to operations. Repairs are to be to the satisfaction of TPO IAW operators request, TVIB report is to be sent to [name withheld].
