Post collision with the ITV [name withheld] Teste it was noted by attending MI's that there was damage occurred during the collision rendering the vessel not in compliance with the COI. Owner/Operator is required to make vessel in compliance with the regulations required to maintain a valid COI and ensure TPO conducts a examination of the vessel attesting to the vessels ability to meet the requirements of 46CFR Subchapter M and make a report in writing of such and to submit a repair plan to the attending MI prior to any movement of the vessel.

These devices must be suitable for the expected route. While attending the vessel post collision it was noted multiple doors and windows were damaged, in need or adjustment, or wasted. Owner/Operator is required to repair or replace all doors and windows not meeting the regulation and have TPO inspect post replacement/repair attesting to the compliance of this regulation.
