Because of the extensive nature of the hull examination which commended on March 6, 2023, the vessel missed its third annual inspection. Prior to operating the vessel, an annual examination must be completed by an attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector.

This vessel's initial dry dock & ISE date was no later than December 31, 2022. Prior to operating, the vessel must be hauled out and be made available for inspection including all interior spaces to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector.

Each integral fuel tank must have a vent that connects to the highest point of the tank, discharges on a weather deck through a bend of 180 degrees, and is fitted with a 30-by-30-mesh corrosion-resistant flame screen. Both P and STBD fuel vents and P lube oil vents flame screen had corroded beyond operational use. Replace.
