A pinhole leak was discovered while loading. The pinehole is located about 18inches above the tank top at the weld seam between a 2" stripping pipe and top flange on the #3 cargo tank. A temp patch was installed. PTP issued to discharge cargo in Green Lake, TX and proceed to Freeport, TX for permanent repairs.
